As always when calling from your home,call 911 for all emergencies or to report anything else to the Sheriff's Department. When calling from a cell phone and its an emergency, do not hesitate and call 911. Hopefully the cell tower will properly connect you to our department. If you are connected to another agency, they can transfer you to us. Anytime you need to file a report, report suspicious activity, etc., and you call from a cell phone, call 214-749-8641. This is a direct line to our dispatch office. Please store this number in your cell phone for future reference. When calls are made to the sub station or through other agency's, valubale time is lost if its something that is in progress and needs immediate attention.
