The ladies & mens locker rooms are conveniently located adjacent to the indoor pool and exercise area with bathroom and shower facilities. Residents may request an assigned locker. A tanning bed is available for resident use on those cloudy or cold days. |

Party Room & Guest Suite

The Coventry Suite is available for rent by residents and their guests for overnight sleeping arrangements. The first floor pool-side suite has a queen- size bed and pull out sleeper sofa. An extended-stay hotel is located nearby if needed. |

Building Safety
| The Bonaventure is a gated, access-controlled building with state-of-the-art surveillance systems. The building is managed by a professional management company specializing in high rise facilities with management and staff on site 24/7. Each resident is issued a card reader key to access the building, elevators, spa, fitness center, recreational facilties and a remote control to activate the gates. The fire safety system monitors the smoke detectors and fire pull stations throughout the property. |
