From its inception, the Board of Directors' mission to offer first-class service comparable to a luxury hotel established the quality living environment of the Bonaventure community today. The Bonaventure reflects the highest standards and tastes while the staff delivers more services than any high-rise condominum in Dallas. These value-added services and first-class amenities define the Bonaventure's unique market niche.

The Bonaventure is a non-tipping building. All services are provided through the monthly homeowners dues.

Valet Parking

The Bonaventure valet staff will park and retrieve your vehicle upon request. The valet parking staff is trained to safely handle your vehicle while making your life easier. There is no fee for this service.

With over one thousand parking spaces available there is an abundance of parking for residents and their guests. A four-story parking garage and covered carports are located on the property.

Fitness Center & Spa

The Bonaventure residents have access to a one-of-a-kind fitness center and spa facility. The aerobic area features treadmills, elipticals and recumbent bikes. Each aerobic station has access to an individual cardio theater unit with private access to the building's expanded cable lineup. The weight resistance area features a Life Fitness training circuit and an extensive free weight area. Certified trainers are availabe for a fee.

The spa features an indoor therapy pool, pool jets, wet & dry saunas, hot tub and cold plunge. The ladies & mens locker rooms are conveniently located adjacent to the indoor pool and exercise area with bathroom and shower facilities. Residents may request an assigned locker. A tanning bed is available for resident use on those cloudy or cold days.

Recreational Facilities

A 1/6 mile walking track winds around the picturesque private lake surrounded by breathtaking gardens and landscaping. Relax and enjoy the sparkling twin fountains. The outdoor pool is heated seasonally with a cabana area, wading pool and hot tub situated within the pool deck area. Five gas grills are located on the deck's perimeter for year-round use.

Two lighted tennis courts are located on top of the parking garage facility for resident use. There are three designated dog walk areas for use by pet owners.

Party Room & Guest Suite

The Venetian Room is available to rent by residents for social events. The room can hold up to 70 people for a reception and 40 people for a sit down dinner. A full kitchen and wet bar are located within the room. The Bonaventure provides tables, chairs, linen, glassware and room setup. Residents may use the caterer of their choice.

The Coventry Suite is available for rent by residents and their guests for overnight sleeping arrangements. The first floor pool-side suite has a queen- size bed and pull out sleeper sofa. An extended-stay hotel is located nearby if needed.

Courtesy Staff

The courtesy staff will attend to all of your needs. Deliveries, packages, mail, dry cleaning are some of the many services handled by the courtesy staff. The service desk is staffed 24/7.

Maintenance & Housekeeping

The maintenance and housekeeping staff maintain the 332,000 square feet of common areas. The maintenance staff is available to counsel and assist residents with minor maintenance issues.

Building Safety

The Bonaventure is a gated, access-controlled building with state-of-the-art surveillance systems. The building is managed by a professional management company specializing in high rise facilities with management and staff on site 24/7. Each resident is issued a card reader key to access the building, elevators, spa, fitness center, recreational facilties and a remote control to activate the gates. The fire safety system monitors the smoke detectors and fire pull stations throughout the property.
